Who We Are: Water Filtration Help for Sunnyvale Homes
Our job starts with finding out what is actually in the water coming into your home. Then we explain what it needs, or that it needs nothing at all. One person stays your contact through the estimate, the install day and the cleanup afterward.

Why we test before we recommend anything
Most people reach out because something seems off. The tap water smells a little like a pool. Glasses come out of the dishwasher spotted. Or a new baby has them wondering about the older pipes in their house. Those are fair questions, and they rarely share the same answer.
So we start with a test. That can mean a hardness reading, a check for iron and chlorine, or a lab test when lead or something you cannot see or taste is the worry. If the results say your water is in good shape, we tell you that plainly. If a softener would not earn its keep in your home, you hear it from us before you spend a dollar on one.
When equipment does make sense, the person who walked you through your results is the same person who plans the install, sets the schedule and picks up when you have a cartridge question months later. You never repeat your story to someone new, and you always know who to ask.
How we work with you
- 01
One name from start to finish
The person you talk to first coordinates the estimate, the install day and the follow-up. If something changes, you hear about it from them directly.
- 02
Estimates you can actually read
We put each part of the job on its own line: the equipment, the plumbing connections and any extra work your setup needs. You can see what moves the cost and decide what fits before anything is ordered.
- 03
Careful inside your home
We lay down covers, shut off the water only as long as needed and check every fitting for drips before we leave. Packaging and old filters go out with us.
- 04
Honest talk about upkeep
Every filter needs attention eventually. We explain how often your cartridges or membrane should change, what it costs to keep the system running and how our filter replacement and maintenance visits work, so the upkeep never surprises you.
Where we work
Sunnyvale is home base, and our work also takes us to neighbors in Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett, Forney, Balch Springs, Rockwall, Heath, Sachse, Seagoville and Travis Ranch. No matter which of those towns you live in, the job begins the same way, with a look at what your water really contains, and one person handles it all the way through. That holds for water testing, under-sink reverse osmosis, whole-house carbon filtration and iron and sediment filtration alike.
