Where We Work
Most of our jobs are in Sunnyvale, Mesquite, Garland, Rowlett and Sachse, and we regularly head out to Forney, Travis Ranch, Heath, Rockwall, Balch Springs and Seagoville. If your home is somewhere in between, give us a call and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
Water across this part of the metro does not all come from one source, and two homes a few miles apart can get very different test results. So our first step is water testing, not a sales pitch. With the results in hand, we can tell you whether a whole-house carbon filter, an under-sink reverse osmosis system, iron and sediment filtration, or nothing at all makes sense for your home. The same contact walks you from the test report to the final fitting.
What Shapes the Work Around Here
- 01
Older homes and newer builds
Our area mixes established neighborhoods with homes built in the last twenty years. In older houses, aging pipes and fixtures can affect taste and add metals at the tap, so we test before recommending anything. Newer homes often have a loop or space near the water heater that makes a whole-house system easier to fit.
- 02
Long, hot summers
Heavy summer water use and warm pipes can change how water tastes and how fast filters load up. We set filter replacement and maintenance schedules around how your household actually uses water, so cartridges get changed before they stop doing their job.
- 03
Hardness is not the same everywhere
Scale on faucets shows up in some homes here and not at all in others. A softener only goes on our list of suggestions when a hardness test of your own water backs it up.
- 04
Permits and HOA rules
Under-sink filters usually need no permit. Whole-house systems tie into your main line, and rules differ from city to city, so we check what your city requires and pull a permit when one is needed. If your HOA has rules about equipment visible outside, we plan the placement with that in mind.

Find Out What Is in Your Water
Tell us where you live and what you have noticed, whether it is a chlorine smell, spots on glasses or just a question. We will explain your options in plain terms and give you a clear written estimate before any work starts.
