Terms and Conditions

Using this website

This website belongs to Water Filtration Sunnyvale, a water filtration company serving homeowners in Sunnyvale, TX and the surrounding area. By reading these pages, you agree to the terms below. They are short on purpose, and we tried to write them the way we would explain them across a kitchen table.

If you do not agree with them, please stop using the site. You can still reach us by phone at (972) 597-4653 with any question.

The information here is general

Our pages describe services like water testing, under-sink reverse osmosis and whole-house carbon filtration in general terms. Every home has its own plumbing, its own water and its own needs, so nothing on this site is a recommendation for your specific house.

A real answer about your water comes after we talk with you and, where it makes sense, test it. We keep the pages accurate as best we can, but details can change and we may update them without notice.

Estimates and work are agreed by phone

The phone is the only way to reach us. Nothing on this website is an offer, a price or a contract. Any estimate, scope of work or schedule is something we discuss with you directly, and work begins only after you have agreed to it.

One person stays your contact from that first call through cleanup, so if anything about an estimate is unclear, that is who you ask.

Our content

The words, layout and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, print or share a page for your own personal use. Please do not copy it for commercial use or present it as your own.

Limits of responsibility

We do our best to keep the site working and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on general website content instead of speaking with us about your home.

Other websites

Now and then we may mention outside sources, such as a water utility report. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or how they handle your information.

Changes and governing law

We may revise these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Questions about anything here are welcome. Give us a ring at (972) 597-4653 and we will walk you through it.
